Naruto: Clash of Ninja is one of the best anime based video games in a long time, and is an overall excellent 3D fighter. Using cel-shaded graphics to get the cartoon vibe across, the graphics couldn’t have been done any better. Characters play out moves straight from the anime, disappearing and multiplying at will across the battlefield. The control is solid, easy for your little brother or sister to pick up and enjoy, and deep enough for a pro gamer to get plenty of action out of. This is how a video game license should be done, with actual effort being put into the final product. Even if you’re not a fan of the show, this game is still worth a look, as long as you can ignore Naruto screaming “BELIEVE IT!” every five seconds.
