If Disturbed or Taproot is your gig then Five Speed will have you giggling, and jittering about like a little girl. Five Speed are equipped with metal riffs galore, snappy drumming, and sing/shout vocals that seem to be quite popular these days. There are powerful builds that have emotional strength littered throughout “Trade In Your Halo” which could have appeal to the masses. When I imagine what people listen to these days, Five Speed fit in pretty well. The question, is what I think people like, really what they do like? I think the MTV music awards prove me right every year. Good thing they’ve got that fifth gear, now they can blast into overdrive!
