Hewhocorrupts
“Master of Profits”
(Forgeagain)

Hewhocorrupts is a loud, noisy, screaming metal act.  They have some industrial touches, but mostly blast away at full speed.  The vocalist shrieks.  The guitars chunk along, then make the squeaky, squeaky sound and the whole album’s over before you can even catch your breath or get develop a good and honest opinion of the band.

Hewhocorrupts are probably going to get sued.  This might get them noticed because if they’re sued it’ll make the news because they’ll get sued by a huge newsworthy, lawyer dominated, rock-n-roll behemoth.  Who could I be referring to?  Well, let’s take a look at some of Hewhocorrupts song titles to get an idea: “Master of Profits,” “Sell ‘Em All,” and “Ride the Limo.”  Narrowing in on who might take these fellows to court?  No?  Well then you’re an idiot.

The album art is a parody of the “Master of Puppets” album art with little stone dollar signs all lined up replacing the grave marking crosses.  The Hewhocorrupts logo is done in the classic Metallica style.  It’ll be interesting to see if anything happens, but this is probably way off those quick to St. Anger fellows radar.
