“Shake Hands With Danger”
(File 13)

Mostly looped beats, sounds, effects, breaks, stutters and whatever electro flavored vibe this trio can tape together.  It’s a cacophony of sound, which is fully the intention.  The sound is not as “computer” as the name may imply.  It’s highly experimental, follows few rules but is mostly driven by a backbeat. Although the structures here are more along a song-jam mentality than just a random assault of sound, there’s definitely a vibe and flow, just with lots of unexpected flavors.  No vocals (aside from an occasional sample).

Bonus points should be given for “Motoki”, the first truly heavy metal construction I’ve ever heard put together with this kind of cut and pasting type of approach.  Spacey trip man, spacey trip.
