That is a ‘Zipper Truck’ created by construction company Lock Block, Ltd.
Using concrete blocks that interlock, much like LEGOs, the truck is designed to drop blocks together extremely fast (relatively speaking) to build tunnel structures that can be used as passageways and shelters.
