Stop The Music”
(UpRok)

One would hope when seeing the artistic album cover that this tandem would bring hard-hitting deliveries with insightful lyrics, but, alas, the entire effort has been in vain. The idea of mic duties being deployed between male and female voices (brother and sister to be exact) is fresh, yet the content of the formula lacks consistency. Macho and Elise Ortega collaborate to try and synergize a hard-core urban, East-Coast vibe with Puerto Rican roots but rather than turning the light on in the mind of the listener one feels like switching it off and leaving the room.
