Review: The Rocky Horror Punk Rock Show

Soundtrack
“The Rocky Horror Punk Rock Show”
(Springman Records)

With names like the Alkaline Trio, The Ataris and Me First and the Gimmie Gimmies it’s no wonder “The Rocky Horror Punk Rock Show” packs such a punch.  This pseudo-soundtrack puts a new spin on an old flick.  Classic hits like “Sweet Transvestite” covered by Apocalyps Hoboken are brought back to life with fervor in this updated compilation.  Springman Records does a great job in keeping with the film’s integrity while adding the punk-rock twist.
