Review: Adam Clayton Forkner

Adam Clayton Forkner
“Version”
(K Records)

Adam Forkner’s (of Yume Bitsu) computer music solo project.  Presented for you here is a pleasant batch of  glitchy, drum n’ bass and ambient, indie-minded electronica.  Think Aphex Twin lite with a Northwest vibe or “Kid A” era Radiohead without the melodrama.  This would make a pleasant soundtrack to an aimless afternoon hanging around the house or in your car stereo for a drive to nowhere in particular.

Contributions from members of Modest Mouse, the Microphones and main K man himself Calvin Johnson.
