FEATURED ALBUM REVIEWS

This hard rock band with a whiff of stoner rock to it arose from three other Cleveland ensembles: Stepsister, Southern Trespass and Shuteye. This is loud and proud rock ‘n roll in the tradition of Pink Fairies, Motörhead and Kyuss. The two-guitar quartet is getting great press for its live set, but this debut album fails to capture enough energy to separate Amps II Eleven from the legions of other bands crowding this genre.
