Plain and simple, this melodic punk band is hoping to be your next big find.  One thing I can assure you, pick this up and you will be the only one of your friends to have it, but I’m not sure this is such a big deal.  It seems like the hooks are a little out dated considering the Get Up Kids have been around since 1997 and Hum has been disbanded since 2001.  The best part about this operation is the flow of the songs and the clear heavy distortion that comes through deep and full.  This band isn’’t horrid, but these five songs are nothing new and all look alike.  For what it is worth, I’m usually harder on bands I think have some real talent and that I think could be so much more.
