Aside from having the 7th best band name ever, this unit creates bombastic, speedy, overblown rock that flirts with metal, but generally keeps it greasy loud.
The band hails from Oakland, CA and is led by Matt Pike, who is the guitarist for another renowned stoner rock band called, Sleep.
June 16th sees the release of their highly anticipated new album, “Luminiferous”.
